M:RP was founded on august 14, 2008 when a discussion between a group of friends was on its crest. While discussing the present situation of Pakistan these folks realised the need for a selfless contribution as responsible citizens of this nation and decided to put up their hands to take the idea forward of supporting their beloved country.

On June 17th, 2009 M:RP was formally registered, with the Government of Sindh, under the Voluntary Social Welfare Agencies (Registration & Control) Ordinance 1961 (XL VI of 1961) with registration number PCSW(S) 1013.
